Vinylwrap Vinylwrap wrap doors are a cambered single sided 18mm MDF panel with a vinyl sheet attached using glue, heat and extreme vacuum pressure. They come in a limited number of colours, textures and finishes.
The pricing structure of vinylwrap begins with textured vinylwrap, then satin, gloss and then timber & metallic gloss being the most expensive.

Paint Painted doors are more expensive than vinlwrap and melamine but come in an unlimited number of colour and gloss levels. They can also have the same profiles as vinylwrap and when it comes to finger pull details there are no limitations.
Veneer Veneer doors add warmth to a design. They can be finished in a number of gloss levels right down to 0% gloss for a raw looking finish. Natural veneers are the cheapest with man made veneers being significantly more expensive. Both are edged in 0.5mm or 2mm veneer.

Solid Timber Doors Unlike veneer doors, solid timber doors come in a number of profiles. Timber doors come in a variety of natural species:
Stainless Steel Stainless steel doors are constructed using a number of different substrate materials, from particle board and MDF to water resistant products used in the boat building industry.
There are two types of stainless steel commonly used in the cabinet making industry, 306 grade and 316 marine grade. 306 is adequate for most interior and exterior applications but if you live near the coast, the salty air conditions will require 316 grade for any external work.
There are a number of stainless steel finishes: # 2B flat grey surface usually used in commercial applications, #4 brushed finish, # 8 mirrored finish, black mirror finish.

Aluminium Framed A number of companies offer aluminium framed doors in different frame thicknesses and profiles. The centre inserts can be clear glass, painted glass, laminated glass, plastic, veneer, melamine, paint and mirror.
