Being unable to guarantee a 24/7, immediate and timely response, and to remain consistent, we do not respond to emails /phone calls in regards to bookings. 

Patients are required to book, move and cancel their own appointments, which enables the ability to change appointments at anytime of day or night.  

Last minute cancellations (within the 24 hours before the scheduled appointment) will be charged the booking fee.
